My sweet spot has always been helping people grow—whether that means coaching individuals through professional transitions, supporting founders as they build from zero, or mentoring rising leaders as they step into bigger roles.
After years working inside high-growth companies, I launched this practice to focus on what I love most: empowering others through clarity, confidence, and actionable strategy. I work with professionals across industries, from tech to creative to corporate, helping them lead with intention and navigate change with resilience.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me traveling, walking the city, catching up with friends, or enjoying a strong cup of coffee and a good book.

Founded by Rachel Shore—a former VP and Director of Account Management at multiple SaaS and analytics companies—the practice brings two decades of operational experience into every engagement. Rachel has built, led, and mentored teams through IPO prep, hypergrowth, layoffs, restructures, and everything in between. Her coaching approach combines strategic rigor with deep empathy, giving clients a space to gain clarity, sharpen execution, and build careers they’re proud of.
